SI5335B-B01599-GM Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
