SI5335B-B01592-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
