SI5335B-B01257-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. There is a ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
