In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, HSTL, SSTL, Clock, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. There is a maximum frequency of 350MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~1.98V 2.25V~2.75V 2.97V~3.63V.
