SI5335A-B10881-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, HSTL, SSTL, Clock, Crystal as its input.
