SI5335A-B09031-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
