SI5335A-B08192-GM Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
