In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
