SI5335A-B07458-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer.
