SI5335A-B07235-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
