SI5335A-B07121-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
