SI5335A-B06342-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
