SI5335A-B06332-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
