SI5335A-B06164-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.98V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
