In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
