SI5332DD08906-GM3 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal.
