SI5332DD08861-GM3 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input.
