SI5332AD09696-GM2R Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible.
