SI5332AD09603-GM2 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 333.33MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.63V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA.
