SI5332AD09198-GM2 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, Crystal.
