SI5332AD08969-GM2R Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. LVCMOS, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 333.33MHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.63V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA to ensure reliable performance. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
