SI5332AD08220-GM3 Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source.
