The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. An up to 333.33MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.63V.
