SI53258A-D02AMR Overview
There is a case option of 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad available for this clock divider. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). It is recommended that the maximum value for normal operation is 100MHz. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. Electrical components classified as Clock Buffer are classified as such. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~105°C TA in order to achieve reliable performance. It should be able to work with a power source of 1.71V~3.46VV.
