SI5310-BM Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 2.5V voltage should be applied. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 668MHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. As long as you provide 2.375V~2.625V supply voltage, it will work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CML logic levels. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock Multiplier. This clock-generating IC is a 20-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number SI5310. A 20 pin is available on the clock PLL. An electronic part belonging to the DSPLL? series is being used here. 2 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible. It is possible to apply the time clock generator in the SONET;SDH axis.
