As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the TSSOP package. A frequency generator with 0°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 70°C.
