SI4767-A50-AM Overview
An included version of RF Receiver is available in the package 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad.Basically, RF transmitter and receiver is package in a way that is equivalent to Tray.The supply voltage of this RF Receiver is 1.2V~3.6V.A temperature below 85°C should be used for operation.It is recommended that the operating temperature be higher than -40°C.When working at a frequency of 64MHz~108MHz it is able to achieve excellent efficiency.
