SI4767-A42-AM Overview
For convenience, RF Receiver is included in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of RF transmitter and receiver is Tray.The supply voltage of this RF Receiver is 1.2V~3.6V.Ideally, the temperature should not be higher than 85°C.It is recommended that the operating temperature be higher than -40°C.When working at a frequency of 64MHz~108MHz it is able to achieve excellent efficiency.
