SI4765-A10-GM Overview
RF Receiver is included with the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Basically, RF transmitter and receiver is package in a way that is equivalent to Tube.This RF Receiver receives its power from the 1.5V~5V supply voltage.It is mostly used in Automotive Audio.Ideally, the operating temperature should be lower than 85°C.It is recommended to operate at a temperature higher than -40°C.This device achieves excellent efficiency at frequencies of 520kHz~1.71MHz 64MHz~108MHz.
