SI4764-A50-AM Overview
RF Receiver is contained in a package named 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad.There is a way to package of RF transmitter and receiver in the form of a Tray.1.2V~3.6V is the supply voltage of this RF Receiver.It is recommended that the operating temperature not exceed 85°C.A temperature greater than -40°C should be used for operation.It performs extremely well at a frequency of 64MHz~108MHz.
