RF Receiver has been included in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.package of RF transmitter and receiverd as Tape & Reel (TR).This RF Receiver is powered by 2.7V~3.6V 4.5V~5.5V voltage.There is a lot of use for it in Automotive.When working at a frequency of 520kHz~1.71MHz 64MHz~108MHz it is able to achieve excellent efficiency.
