SI4763-A20-GM Overview
An included version of RF Receiver is available in the package 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad.package of RF transmitter and receiverd as Tray.This RF Receiver receives its power from the 1.5V~5V supply voltage.The main application for it is in Automotive Audio.Ideally, the operating temperature should be lower than 85°C.It is recommended that the operating temperature be higher than -40°C.At a frequency of 520kHz~1.71MHz 64MHz~108MHz, it exhibits excellent efficiency.
