SI4700-B15-GM Overview
For convenience, RF Receiver is included in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of RF transmitter and receiver is Tube.There is 2.7V~5.5V voltage supply for this RF Receiver.It is mostly used in General Purpose.Ideally, the temperature should not be higher than 85°C.A temperature greater than -20°C should be used for operation.Using a frequency of 76MHz~108MHz, it is very efficient.
