SI4467-A2A-IM Overview
There is a 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package on the board that RF transceiver IC is used to save space. We are using Surface Mount as the RF transceiver's mounting method.The system emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency.In order to provide high reliability, advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tray is used.There are 20 pins on the transceiver RF circuit board.The transceiver is mounted by Surface Mount.RF transceiver operates at 142MHz~1.05GHz frequency.
