SI4311-B21-GMR Overview
We've included in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package so that RF Receiver's easier to use.Basically, RF transmitter and receiver is package in a way that is equivalent to Tape & Reel (TR).The supply voltage of this RF Receiver is 2.7V~3.6V.It is mainly used in Home Automation, Remote Sensing, RKE.Using a frequency of 315MHz 434MHz, it is very efficient.
