The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1.8GHz Max.
