SI4114G-BM Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It contains 28 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.8V. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock.
