SI4112-BM Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. There are 28 terminations found in the file. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1GHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There are 2.7V~3.6V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature.
