SI3000-C-FS Overview
As a space saver, it comes in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. We have adopted the packaging method of Tube. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Voice-Band, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount.
