The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 56-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 56 terminations found in this file.
