C8051F556-AM Overview
Packed in QFN, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROCONTROLLER. There are 24 terminations totally. With a 2.1V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 8-Bit architecture. Please refer to the datasheets for 24 pins functions. The supply voltage should not exceed 2.75V. The embedded microprocessor has a clock frequency of 50MHz. The CPU programs, transfers data by 18 I/Os.
