PQ7DV5 Overview
The package is delivered in a Tube case. In order to package the IC voltage regulator, a TO-3P-3, SC-65-3 case is used. On the Voltage regulator IC, there are 5 terminations that can be connected. This IC Regulator has a type of output called Adjustable. There are 1 regulators implemented in this electroic component.
