PQ2L3152MSPQ Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-89 package. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. With its peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.5V volts. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 1.5V volts at all times. A maximum output current of 250mA A is provided to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. A high maximum operating temperature 80°C ensures stable operation of switching regulator.
