PQ1R18 Overview
Using the Cut Tape (CT) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-6 package. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.8V volts. A high maximum operating temperature 80°C ensures stable operation of switching regulator. To ensure reliability, harley voltage regulator operates at a minimum operating temperature of -30°C. There is normally a 150mA output current of DC DC switching regulator.
