PQ1L303M2SPQ Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-89 package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
