PQ1CZ41H2ZPH Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 5 terminations in this voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. The space-saving TO-252-6, DPak (5 Leads + Tab) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at -30V volts. 63 pins are used for switching regulator operation. Accordingly, dc to dc voltage regulator's maximum output current is 1.5A A. On the basis of 35V -30V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily.
