PQ1CG38M2RZ Product Details

PQ1CG38M2RZ Overview

As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the TO-220-5 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at -30V volts. Stable operation of switching regulator is ensured by the high maximum operating temperature 80°C. A minimum operating temperature of -20°C is required to ensure harley voltage regulator's reliability. Using 300kHz as the adjusting voltage regulator's switching frequency can improve reliability. Normally, 800mA of DC DC switching regulator current are output.
