SC633ULTRT Overview
There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 200kHz. Input voltage 2.9V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
