Currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages for shipping. 0.5V~1.8Vis the general voltage output of this voltage controller. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include LDO (Linear), DDR and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~125°C in order to prevent malfunctions. This external regulator requires a voltage of 1V~3.6Vas its input voltage. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting it on PCBs and other boards.
