SC2597SETRC Overview
There are 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad container to facilitate transportation. It's ready to ship in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. There is a general voltage output of 0.5V~1.8Von this voltage controller. Easy adaptability with the Surface Mount universal mount. It is intended for use in applications such as LDO (Linear), DDR and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 1V~3.6V. Find more pin-to-pin solutions by searching SC2597. Mounting on PCBs or other boards is easy with the Surface Mount. The product cannot be used at temperatures below -40°C. It is not recommended to exceed 85°C in temperature.
