SI-8511NVS-TL Overview
Capsuled in the 24-TSSOP (0.220, 5.60mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~5.5V volts and has 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage. Workable in an dc switcher where -20°C~85°C TA is the -20°C~85°C TArm. This switching controller can switch at 400kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. There are 24 pins on switching converter.
